Art Studios
Ranging from smaller intimate art studios to larger industrial sized workshop spaces. Every studio has its own lock, lighting, openable windows, power outlets, shelving and are well insulated for both summer and winter months.
Upstairs Studios
The upstairs area encompasses nine separate intimately sized art studios. The communal space includes a Lounge area, Kitchen, Bathroom, small outdoor balcony and large open plan area with substantial south facing sawtooth windows flooded with an immense amount of natural light.
Downstairs Studios
The downstairs area encompasses six larger sized art studios and workshops with communal areas including a dedicated Kitchen, Bathroom, large outside entry garden and seating area, extensive driveway and parking, direct street access, entry foyer gallery. Studios downstairs are larger and more industrial in nature.
