Artworks has an abundance of open spaces: from our endless gated driveway, seated entry garden area, foyer gallery to the expansive light filled upstairs space and lounge area.
Upstairs
Upstairs is a substantial open plan space consisting of an industrial concrete area, floorboard lounge space with openable windows and rear balcony area. The perfect space for relaxing after time in the studio to chat with fellow tenants, photograph or view completed works in the light filled surrounds. Accompanied by a warm plywood lined kitchen and tiled bathroom. The upstairs space is transformed in the evening with bright and comforting mood lights around the space.
Downstairs
The downstairs area is part of the street level entry, which encompasses extensive gated driveway, foyer gallery space featuring resident artists work, kitchen and bathroom facilities. The front door garden area has seating for tenants to relax, have a bbq or a beer in the ever growing garden of plants.
